Trivia Night II: 2000s Theme

WEW is excited to host Trivia Night II; theme: 2000’s!

If you would like to participate in this Trivia Night as a single player, the cost is $5.
If you are participating as part of a team of 2-5, the cost is $3.75 for each player.

You will need to upload your screenshot of the proof of purchase and attach it to the google form link after e-transferring the payment to our email here: wew@ualberta.ca

Each player is responsible for both paying and providing proof of purchase for themselves. If all team members have not paid and filled out this form by October 17th at 5:00 pm, you will, unfortunately, be disqualified.
